Thanks! AFAIK, this is indeed a piece of 2U-specific functionality. I've opened a ticket for us to review and come up with a path forward. It will be tracked as APER-3570.

FYI we are looking at a solution which can be generalized for all 3 of frontend-app-learning, frontend-app-learner-dashboard, and frontend-app-learner-portal-programs, where this code is present.
