Description

When using astroid >= 3.0 an error is raised in CI: https://github.com/openedx/openedx-events/actions/runs/8648145152/job/23711271281#step:6:29 so we added this constraint as a temporary solution: https://github.com/openedx/openedx-events/blob/main/requirements/constraints.txt#L14-L17
