Docker nginx does not take into account the donate pages trick and also lots of headers etc

What

nginx prod conf, in conf/nginx/sites-available/off does a lot of thing that are not taken into account by the docker nginx conf

On of those is the donate page, but also specific headers.

To Reproduce

donate page: go to https://world.openfoodfacts.net/donate-to-open-food-facts --> 404

headers, difference between:

• curl -s -D - -o /dev/null https://world.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/544/900/000/0996/front_en.596.200.jpg
• curl -s -D - -o /dev/null https://world.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/544/900/000/0996/front_en.596.200.jpg

Expected behavior

We should reproduce prod settings.
