Broken link on Open Food Facts website homepage in Docker dev environment

Describe the bug

The homepage for this application has a broken link below the Contribute heading which doesn't link to any page.

To Reproduce

1. Go to http://world.openfoodfacts.localhost/

2. On the main page, click on the link below the contribute heading(adding a product with our app for iPhone or Android) which leads to http://world.openfoodfacts.localhost/open-food-facts-mobile-app
   

3. The result is a page that displays "Error, Invalid address".
   

Expected behavior

It should show some content related to this link.

This is because the text files for the Discover, Contribute etc. are in another repo: openfoodfacts-web

We could try to find a way to have Docker install them somehow.
