There is a lot of mixing up when it comes to Vol-au-vent and Bouchée. I also think the problem is also that there are no separate categories for just the shell and the filling.
the german wikipedia article says (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bouch%C3%A9e): Bouchées differ from the similar Vol-au-Vent mainly in that they are only about half the diameter.
