Detect AFDIAG products using Flashtext

• Detect AFDIAG products
• Example: https://static.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/370/056/645/3049/11.jpg
  • "FR-033-151"
• The prefix is a company prefix. Trying to extract those should not clash with regular packager codes. It could help that AFDIAG or gluten is likely to appear on the packaging.
  • FR-xxx-xxx where x (0-9)
• There is a finite list of prefixes that I have extracted below.

• We can probably store them in the packager code field, and we should make sure they are not normalized.
