Filter incompatible insights before import

Some labels are incompatible with each other (eg: eu agriculture and en/non-eu agriculture).
Before the insight import, we should check that the insight is not incompatible with what we know about the product.
This incompatibility list should take the form of an external data file (txt, json, yaml...).

Possible incompatibilities:

• eu agriculture/non eu agriculture (label)
• brands with distributors or mother brand (ex: Kraft Foods/Oreo)
