Some discussions links don't go anywhere

• There is a Discussions page that does not contain a link to anywhere. I'm not sure how users arrive at it (maybe it's indexed on search engines) but we should take that down so it stops happening. Also,
• If I click "Discussions" in the footer of the website, it goes to a dead link
