Remove list of status codes from part 2. #377
Description
Considering that OGC API Common part 1 has a section 8.2 with the same table, please remove annex E from part 2. Also remore references to Table E.1 such as the one in "7.2.3. Error Situations" (actually the link in 7.2.3 is useless so no problem completely removing it).
