Part 1: Update schema.opengis.net redirects when v1.1 of Part 1 is published

For example, http://schemas.opengis.net/ogcapi/features/part1/1.0/examples redirects to the examples in the master branch, but these now contain examples for v1.1, not v1.0 as the URI suggests. We either need to maintain examples also for v1.0 or redirect the v1.0 link to an earlier state before the change to v1.1.
