Retiring

Hey guys,

I have been inactive for quite some time and after moving I even failed to setup openHAB in my new house. I don't expect to be able to assist again in the near future so I think it is better if I step down as a maintainer.

I don't know what the future brings so we knows I'll be back but for now farewell.
