Please provide a Blockly-plugin -> Dependent Dropdown Field

The problem

Hello,
In my custom compare-filter block, some of the selection fields are mismatched. I would like to be able to narrow down the selection for states and names.

Can this functionality also be enabled for self-made blocks?
