Do not offer to unlink all items, if no items are linked #3346
Description
With OH 4.3.7 under Thing → Channels there are options “Unlink all Items” and “Unlink all and Remove Items”.
- When no items are linked to the channels/thing, these options should not be shown.
- I think this wording is better “Unlink and Remole all Items” - all is before items, not after Unlink
