Section 8.2 states:
"The following new Authorization Request parameter is defined to be used in conjunction with Response Mode direct_post:
response_uri: REQUIRED when ..."

Section "5.1 New Parameters
This specification defines the following new request parameters: "

However response_uri is not listed in section 5.1. It would make sense to make 5.1 exhaustive (compare to section E.2 for other missing parameters), or to set expectations in section 5.1 if the subset is intentional.
