Guest accounts are distinct from regular / privileged accounts.

To me:
Guest accounts - accounts that aren't created in the enterprise tenant exclusively, but have access to certain data / artifacts in the app (eg. personal accounts having access to google docs created in an enterprise tenant. Same goes for other collaborative apps). In this case, an identity in the enterprise tenant has explicitly provided access to specific data.

Another account type @Pamela Dingle suggested was "ephemeral" / sandbox accounts, in the context of AWS in the WG call 01/14.
