As per #122 (comment)

Current text in "OpenID for Verifiable Presentations over W3C Digital Credentials API" section (and the mdoc one) say:

The requirements for the Wallet and the Verifier, unless specified otherwise:

Some of these likely have to be supported by at least one more bit of software (either the Browser or the OS or some other part of the platform) so maybe we need to say that somehow.
