Clarify clause 6.1 statements

I have a few questions on requirements in clause 6.1:

"The Credential Format Identifier MUST be mso_mdoc." Isn't this already required by OpenID4VP, if so, shouldn't this be a note, if not, shouldn't this be required?

"ISO mdoc Credential Format specific DCQL parameters as defined in Annex B.3.1 of [OIDF.OID4VP] MUST be used." It's not clear what is exactly required. If the requirement is that all DCQL parameters that are mandated for mdoc must be used, then I think this is already required by OpenID4VP. (or it should be required there)

"Verifier MAY request more than one Credential in the same request." Isn't this already permitted by the OpenID4VP spec? If so, shouldn't this be a note?

"The SessionTranscript and Handover CBOR structures MUST be generated in accordance with Annex B.3.4.1 of [OIDF.OID4VP]." Isn't this already required by OpenID4VP, if so, shouldn't this be a note?
