获取会话接口：OpenIM.iMManager.conversationManager.getAllConversationList在卸载完第一次调用时获取到的会话列表数量不一致，有时甚至第一次获取数量为0，然后之后再调用，获取的数量和第一次数量保持一致（不知道是不是获取的本地缓存的数量）。

When the SDK is reinstalled, data synchronization takes time and provides a progress callback. When reinstall is true, be sure to build a progress bar using OnSyncServerProgress. The complete conversation list is only available after synchronization has finished(OnSyncServerFinish).
