Admin: Infinite spinning when clicking "Save changes!" in first instance

Describe the bug
When I go to "Edit participatory areas" and the first thing I do is click "Save changes!", the wheel starts spinning continuously and doesn't let me save any changes (until I reload the page).

To Reproduce

1. Go to "Edit participatory areas"
2. Click "Save changes!"

Expected behavior
Since there are no changes, it should do nothing.
