`baseurl` isn't set

_layouts/root.html refers to site.baseurl but that isn't set anywhere.

Presumably, that needs to be set in _config.yml but that's not clear and it causes broken links when you first fork and use the template.

Ah, nice one. The template might be able to work without using that, I'll have a look.
