Which versions of database schemas are provided?

We provide versions for each SQL and PostgreSQL format databases.

I'm not sure what this is meant to mean?

We currently only provide a Postgres version.

Also the schema then links to https://github.com/openreferral/specification/tree/3.1/database which has a database_mysql.sql - this isn't updated any more and is probably out of date. We could try and make it update again, or remove it.
