We need a stable VM for a build server, testing, etc. Who can provide one?

IBM BlueMix (https://console.ng.bluemix.net) or a VM at http://logics.emap.fgv.br (FGV VM). It depends of the needs. BlueMix is very flexible and can host traditional VMs or dockers.

The main purpose for the VM (or some other solution) is to establish CI/CD for our various projects. I will be working on some tooling for this but it needs a place to run. This VM can also serve files, resolve PURLs, etc.

@arademaker I'll take a look at Bluemix, I'm not familiar with it.

What is needed:

• Ubuntu LTS
• JDK and Groovy
• Jenkins and Nexus
• root access
• Web server like Apache
