Add maritime-related topics

Introduce new topics to better organize maritime-related entities:

• mar.shadow for entities involved in shadow fleet operations (e.g., dark fleet tankers, false flag registrations).
• mar.sts for ship-to-ship transfers, especially in high-risk jurisdictions or sanction evasion contexts.
• mar.detained for vessels detained under PSC regimes.

Introduce deadweight property to the Vessel schema.

Suggestion:

• mar.control for entities from the PSC databases that are not currently in detention.
