[FEATURE] Document/add tasks to publish snapshots and releases to maven #64

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I forked this repo and trying to figure out how to publish (snapshots of) my plugin to maven.
What solution would you like?
Documentation and enough gradle tasks to publish my new plugin to maven, including a main and 2.x branches with different compatibility.
Do you have any additional context?
