Upgrade sensorhub-process-sat to v2

osh-addons/processing/sensorhub-process-sat does not currently compile in the v2 branch.

Following the directions here: http://docs.opensensorhub.org/v2/dev/dev-setup.html and attempting to run ./gradlew build in the osh-addons folder fails.
