Upgrade sensorhub-storage-ndbc to v2 #40
Description
osh-addons/sensors/hydro/sensorhub-storage-ndbc does not currently compile in the v2 branch.
Following the directions here: http://docs.opensensorhub.org/v2/dev/dev-setup.html and attempting to run ./gradlew build in the osh-addons folder fails.
