OCI hook not guaranteed to be ready before workloads #37

The OCI hook is getting deployed by a DaemonSet.

This DaemonSet is generally not guaranteed to be deployed before any other workload (pod).

Thus it can happen that a VM is getting scheduled on a node, before the OCI hook got deployed.
