ESP8266 LittleFS not working

On ESP8266 if I create a file with LittleFS and restart the chip the file is not existing anymore.

I reflashed the chip and now it works, I don't know what was the problem.
Another question: does the SM16703P driver is available for esp8266?

No, SM16703P driver uses SPI DMA, and there is no hardware support for that on ESP8266.

And then how can it work with tasmota?

Either bitbanging, which is unreliable, or via i2s peripheral.
