ezc3d `SIZE_MAX` compilation failure

With a new version of the compiler, ezc3d does not compile with a SIZE_MAX undefined error. This issue has been fixed upstream but they have not yet made a release. I'm not sure when this will impact Ubuntu but I have already encountered this issue on my system. I tested by pulling ezc3d to the specified commit and it does fix the issue but hopefully they will make a release so it doesn't need to be pinned to a specific commit hash.
