Does the configureOpenSim.m file need to be modified to account for the fact that the location of the org-opensim-modeling.jar depends on whether one is using a distribution of OpenSim or just an install of opensim-core?

@chrisdembia I don't know enough about the context here or why you're modifying this. Although we should allow users to run their jar files built directly from the github repository, eventually, we haven't decided to change the layout of the distribution. Keep in mind that the installer does set PATH and Env. var. OPENSIM_HOME that can not be set automatically from build environment on Windows. Maybe worth adding the steps needed to run in Matlab to a confluence page if we expect any meaningful cycles to be put on building/testing the interface to Matlab using builds off github.

Ah... good point... This came up just now because someone is trying to use matlab scripting on Linux.

One of our users made two suggestions for our documentation:

1. When manually setting up your paths, if a application launcher is used for MATLAB, you have to add the environment variables to the .profile file also (because the .basrhc file is not used with a launcher).
2. I think you will have to manually setup matlab and not use the script file if MATLAB is installed in usr/local/. You don't have write access to the classpath.txt etc files. Other option is to chmod them. "Sudo MATLAB" does not work because of license problems.
