CI warning for macos - current version deprecated/retired

CI is giving a warning for macOS as the current version is deprecated. We should upgrade to macOS 15.

Mac13 - The macOS-13 based runner images are now retired. For more details, see actions/runner-images#13046.

Mac13 - The macOS-13 based runner images are being deprecated, consider switching to macOS-15 (macos-15-intel) or macOS 15 arm64 (macos-latest) instead. For more details see actions/runner-images#13046

@AlbertoCasasOrtiz The branch for the new viewer/jxbrowser is using the later macos-14, we should upgrade that to macos-15 before merging.
