Use precompiled JxBrowser module

Use locally and then integrate into ci the prebuilt module containing JxBrowser and the valid project license.
These should all be included in the release assets here

@AlbertoCasasOrtiz Can you test if you can use this nbm to replace your module that has the source in it? Let me know if it works or if you need help using it then we'll figue out how to integrate into ci to build the application with a valid license. Thank you
