While it's cool to add new camera from the tree and specify fov, I think it may be easier for users to add a camera by changing the view to the desired location/rotation and then associate current camera to a new camera name, the interface would modify the behavior to instead make the button add a clone of the current camera to either the scene or the model, query the user for the name only and no need for fov since it's copied from current camera. I'd also advocate for displaying the position and angles for precise placement rather than relying on the ballpark dragging.

When the user selects one of these fixed cameras in the bottomBar, their control should be disabled (think of looking through a camera not moving/modifying the camera live) except for the unnamed/default camera. This is the behavior of the threejs online editor and it seems reasonable and less confusing than choosing a named camera then moving around while the camera is supposed to be fixed.
