Add verified contracts deployed by a project's deployer addresses

A user should be able to specify a project slug and the script should ping Etherscan for a list of all contracts deployed by that address. It should return the name and verification status of each contract address. The script should be able to make updates to OSS Directory project files (adding new contracts).
