Feel sorry. This is not a bug. Currently, OpenSpeedtest does not have multiple language support. If you want to translate the text on the UI to your favorite language, you can edit Speed-Test/assets/images/app.svg in Notepad.

For example:
You can edit line 333, change Your jitter! to 당신의 지터!.
