The following disk has a high error rate and was briefly ejected from the RAID array due to timeouts. It likely be replaced.

Now being reported as failed by the RAID controller and SMART shows an impending failure:

We don't have spare stock @ Catford. I've order replacement spares.

Replacement disk inserted and RAID rebuilding.
