Upgrade dulcy to Debian 12.
Switch Boot disk to SSD RAID array.

Upgrade is done and nominatim is loading.

For reference:

BIOS firmware upgraded
IPMI firmware updated
RAID controller firmware updated
NVMe firmware updated
BIOS mode set to UEFI including loaded roms.
