ability to enable network policies for the platform #86
Description
If a cluster is running with an sdn that supports kubernetes network policies we should allow them to enable a set of network policies to protect the platform.
This could include an out of the box deny for the namespace and potentially a way to extend which allowed services can communicate with the platform.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Update terratests to test for expected output
- Helm Docs Updated to define to values
