Investigate how we can support SIP instance ID and clear other registrations from the same user.

This was discussed on the JsSIP mailing list

Should instance ID be stored in local storage like the saved username password?

Should it be in the config file that comes from the server? If the config.js is dynamically generated (e.g. by a servlet) then this is possible.
