The otbr-posix entered the 'dir queue full' state, resulting in all the directly sent packets being dropped. Once this abnormal state occurs, the otbr-agent cannot automatically return to normal.

Starting from Jun 24 17:42:49, the direct queue was completely full and never released.

After this point in time, all the MLE packages sent were indirect transmission packages, with no direct transmission packages.

After this point in time, communication with SED remained normal and Beacon packets could still be sent.

@jinpeng1989 , if this is something you can reproduce, is it possible for you to try with a different RCP, for example the nRF52840 Dongle?

Our team was able to reproduce this issue within a few weeks. Conducting comparative tests using different RCPs might be a good idea. But we don't have such hardware at present.
