How to use that with Zipkin? #137

I've got Zipkin running at http://127.0.0.1:9411
podman run -d -p 127.0.0.1:9411:9411 openzipkin/zipkin
Now how to tell opentracing to send traces there? I don't see any HOST/PORT parameters.
