Installing on MacOS (M1/Intel) fails on rocksdb gil issue

Hello,
Thanks for the great work!

When I try to install `lieu` on an M1 Mac (using Rosetta and ARM64) with Python 3.9 and 2.7 I get errors.

I get many errors relating to `rocksdb` not being allowed without the gil:
`rocksdb/_rocksdb.pyx:2242:25: Discarding owned Python object not allowed without gil`

Any ideas?
