I need help setting up a funding application for a community outreach program.

Hello I'm new to the GitHub community and I'm far from a coder or hacker but I do want to help my community and I need some help in setting up everything to receive funding and to promote ideas and discussions about the community outreach program that I want to start in the West Hollywood area Florida and that was to bring together community and raise a consciousness and caring this and overall charity and account in a community consciousness start a trend in a way of life that revolves around love compassion understanding patience virtue and stewardship for all allocations of funds brought in to help the program area a hand so if anyone can help me with this endeavor I'll be grateful and hopeful that you would use this template when it's successful in your own communities to bring together a sense of unity co-creation and genuine love thank you guys love and light to all.
