[feature] Support for Zero Trust Networking: Tailscale / Netbird / ... #1194

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to see Support for modern Zero-Trust Networking Solutions being implemented in OpenWISP.
Currently only OpenVPN and unofficial / not-recommended Wireguard are supported.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement Support for:
- TailScale
- NetBird
Other Solutions could also be implemented: TwinGate, ZeroTier, ...
Describe alternatives you've considered
Better/Official support for Wireguard (using Docker Image).
Additional context
Depending on the Platform, Installation on OpenWRT takes relatively high Disk Space (25MB ... 35MB) to be installed.
Maybe it's not possible to be implemented, which could also be a Conclusion 😞.
It seems however that when using a Custom Image using the Firmware Builder, it's possible to greatly reduce this Disk Space Utilization by leveraging Compression, so maybe it can be done after all 😉.
