Testing OIDC auth breaks ext jwt signer administration

I auth'ed as admin to my console, went to authentication -> jwt signers and clicked on an existing JWT signer. Doing this seems to trigger the 'test' of OIDC setup and immediately logs you out

Steps to Reproduce

• setup oidc auth
• make an identity, map the identity properly, make sure the identity is admin
• auth via idp using zac
• navigate to the ext jwt signer that enables auth
• you get logged out
