Add support for streaming events to Azure Service Bus

Rationale

Adding support for streaming OpenZiti events through Azure Service Bus would make it much easier to plug Ziti into existing enterprise systems. Instead of building custom integrations, events could flow straight into Service Bus and from there into monitoring, security tools, or automation workflows. It decouples producers and consumers, scales better, and ensures no events are lost thanks to Azure’s reliability features. In short, it makes OpenZiti events cloud-friendly and easier to consume in real-world enterprise environments.
