Report FQDN in fabric.circuit created events #3320
Description
It would be useful if in addition to the IP address, the FQDN of the remote termination was reported in the created messages for circuits. Particularly in investigation and discovery workflows, it would simplify the flow to not have to look up the addresses, particularly if they are in dynamic environments or ALPN configurations for the applications.
