Refactor @KubeDependent and setting EventSource name explicitly from Dependent config

Currently, the event source inherits the name of the event source. This would be nice to have configurable, especially important for activation conditions if there are more resources of the same type, that will make sure only one event source is registered of that kind.

We can add this to the @KubernetesDependent, also we can refactor there to make sure that Informer related configs are grouped in a separate field in the annotation.
