Describe the Feature Request

Similar to schema files and other objects loaded from Git, I would like to be able to import a menu from a Git repository.

Describe the Use Case

Menu file arrived with the 1.0, but right now the only way to load them is with infrahubctl.

In some working environments, it will not be possible to use the SDK, so we need to be able to load the menu via other needs, one of them being the Git Repository.
