Show loading animation or indication while rendering form

Can we request a fix for an issue where, when we try to load an empty form from a JSON template, while the form fields are being loaded, instead of showing an empty form with the green + button, it shows a loading animation of some sort?

Can we also make that loading animation something we can override or style so that we can control how that looks?

We mean that loading animation is usually not visible when loading an empty form, because it happens very quickly. Therefore, please describe what you are doing to make your form load so slowly., and also send your code.
